supplies, flowers and products displayed on this website may be
unavailable at certain times. If this situation arises, we reserve the
right to substitute the flowers or product to the equivalent value of
the ordered product to ensure that the order is fulfilled.
Delivery
All orders received before 2pm (AEST)
will be delivered on the same day. For international deliveries, we
require 24 hours to process the order.

Your confidential Information
It is the policy of flowersofwaverley.com.au not to store any of our
customer's credit card numbers. Once you have placed your order and your
credit card has been verified as legitimate, the transaction occurs and
your credit card details are thrashed by the system. If there is an
error processing your card for any reason, (e.g. the card number you
supplied is invalid), the transaction will be revoked.
Although we do not store your credit card details, all credit card
transactions receive a unique identification number that proves the
transaction's acceptance into the banking system. This identification
number can be used to trace any transaction back to the credit card
issuer (eg; the bank that issued the MasterCard, Bankcard, AMEX, Diners
Club or VISA credit card).
Privacy
